How long does a 200ml bottle last?+
Around 10–14 weeks in an average room, depending on airflow and temperature. Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the scent.
Are the diffusers safe around pets and kids?+
Our formulas are made with skin-safe fragrance oils compliant with IFRA standards. We recommend keeping bottles out of reach of young children and away from animals who might knock them over.
Can I refill the bottle?+
Yes. The glass bottle is designed to be kept. Once your diffuser is finished, rinse the bottle with warm water and let it dry completely before refilling with a new oil.
How many reeds should I use?+
3 reeds for compact rooms (10–15m²), 4–5 for bedrooms (12–20m²), and 6+ for living rooms and open-plan spaces. More reeds = stronger throw, shorter lifespan.
Will it stain my furniture?+
The oil can mark porous surfaces. We recommend placing the bottle on a tray, coaster, or ceramic dish — especially on raw wood or stone.
