IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE EUROPEAN AND GREEK LEGISLATION (LAW 2251/1994), THE CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THEIR PURCHASE WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.

WITHDRAWAL MAY BE EXERCISED WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A REASON.

TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST, THE CUSTOMER MUST:

  • STATING THEIR FULL NAME AND ORDER NUMBER

RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  1. REFUNDS

ONCE THE RETURN IS APPROVED FOLLOWING INSPECTION OF THE PRODUCT, CANDELINAS WILL PROCESS THE REFUND USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED IN THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION.

COMPLETION OF THE REFUND MAY TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE PAYMENT PROVIDER.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER, UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR HAS BEEN SENT INCORRECTLY BY CANDELINAS.

CANDELINAS DOES NOT DIRECTLY SUPPORT PRODUCT EXCHANGES. IF THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO RECEIVE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, THEY MAY PLACE A NEW ORDER ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
