- NO MODIFICATIONS ARE MADE TO PRODUCTS, ADDRESS, OR ORDER DETAILS
- THE ORDER CAN ONLY BE CANCELED (IF IT HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED)

DURING PERIODS OF HIGH DEMAND (LAUNCHES, SALES, BLACK FRIDAY), SHIPMENTS MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED. WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO SHIP AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

CURRENTLY, WE SHIP ORDERS TO GREECE, CYPRUS, AND ACROSS THE EUROPEAN UNION. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT, DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
RETURNS
WE WILL GRATEFULLY ACCEPT THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US AT WWW.CANDELINAS.COM .
YOU WILL NEED TO EMAIL US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY AT SUPPORT@CANDELINAS.COM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.
YOU MUST THEN RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US IN THE EXACT CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT, UNUSED.
WE WILL CHECK YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS, AND IF THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS IS APPROVED, WE WILL RETURN THE AMOUNT TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
WE TAKE EVERY PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER REACHES YOU AS FAST AND SAFELY AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER IN THE RARE CASES, BROKENNESS OCCURS DURING TRANSPORT. REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR ORDER HAS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, BY FOLLOWING THE ABOVE STEPS, SO THAT WE CAN SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
PAYMENTS
WE ACCEPT ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AND PAYPAL. YOU CAN ALSO PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY (AVAILABLE ONLY FOR GREECE).
ALTHOUGH THIS RARELY HAPPENS, WE WILL OCCURRINGLY CANCEL ORDERS UNDER SUSPECTED FRAUD.

EACH SNAP BAR IS DESIGNED FOR MULTIPLE USES. ONE PIECE CAN LAST FROM 6 TO 12 HOURS, DEPENDING ON:
- THE SCENT
- THE SIZE OF THE ROOM
- THE TEMPERATURE OF THE MELTER
WHEN THE SCENT FADES, SIMPLY REPLACE THE WAX.
CANDELINAS FRAGRANCES ARE BALANCED AND CLEAN, NOT HEAVY OR OVERPOWERING.
THE INTENSITY DEPENDS ON:
- THE SIZE OF THE ROOM
- THE TYPE OF MELTER
- THE AMOUNT OF WAX YOU USE
IF YOU WANT A SOFTER RESULT, USE A SMALLER AMOUNT.
- PLACE A WAX MELT ON TOP OF THE MELTER
- PLACE A TEALIGHT IN THE BASE
- ALLOW THE SCENT TO BE RELEASED GRADUALLY
⚠️ DO NOT ADD WATER TO THE WAX MELT.
WHEN THE WAX STOPS SCENTING:
- LET IT COOL COMPLETELY
- REMOVE THE SOLIDIFIED WAX
- WIPE WITH PAPER OR CLOTH
ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN GENTLY WARM IT AND CAREFULLY REMOVE IT.
SECURITY
WAX MELTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CONSUMPTION.
WE RECOMMEND:
- PLACING THE MELTER AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS
- NOT LEAVING THE MELTER UNATTENDED
- PLACING THE MELTER ON A STABLE, HEAT-RESISTANT SURFACE
CANDELINAS WAX MELTS ARE MADE WITH VEGETABLE WAX AND QUALITY FRAGRANCES.
THEY ARE PARABEN-FREE AND NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS.
