So today we're going to share a unique recipe for a bubbly champagne, red berry and strawberry cocktail , as well as an equally delightful non-alcoholic alternative.
This particular recipe was inspired by the delicious Champagne & Strawberries soy candle, which you can find in both a chocolate- shaped snap bar and a candle.

Champagne cocktail with strawberry and red berries
So let's see how you can create a champagne cocktail with strawberry and red berries. See the cocktail recipe :
Components
- Strawberry, strawberry and gooseberry
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup assorted fresh red berries (raspberries, raisins, cherries, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 bottle of your favorite sparkling champagne
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
Start by rinsing the strawberries and red berries under cool water. Wipe them off.
In a large bowl, sprinkle the berries with the sugar and gently toss to coat. Let them sit for 20-30 minutes to release their juices.
Once the berries are wilted, mash them lightly with a fork to release more juice, but be sure to keep some pieces for texture.
Divide the puréed berries into the bottom of champagne glasses or cocktail glasses.
Slowly pour the bubbly champagne over the berries, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
Toss gently to combine, add a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
Non-alcoholic cocktail with Strawberry and Red Berries
If you are not a fan of alcohol we have an alternative solution. We also prepared a cocktail recipe , without any alcohol!
Components
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup assorted fresh red berries
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
Repeat steps 1-4 as with the champagne cocktail.
Instead of champagne, slowly pour non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice over the berries, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
Stir gently to combine, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
