Mango: 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced.

Pineapple: 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

Banana: 1 medium banana (for creaminess and natural sweetness)

Greek yogurt: ½ cup

Almond milk: 1 cup (unsweetened to keep sugar levels low)

Chia seeds : 1 tablespoon (for omega-3 and fiber boost)

Honey or agave nectar: ​​1 tablespoon (optional, for added sweetness)

Popsicles: ½ cup (or as needed)
